“Está a menos de 10 minutos caminando de una de las entradas del Parque Nacional de Zhangjiajie. Las habitaciones son grandes, pero están bastante desvencijadas y les hace falta una buena limpieza. Estuvimos dos noches y se limitaron a hacer la cama, pero no limpiaron nada. En el restaurante sirven comida occidental, pero no la cocinan muy bien.”

“They charged me again when I checked out. I realized this and the staff assured me that the charge was reversed and everything was in order, fine and the payment was not complete. Despite this, I just received the VISA receipt and finally they DID THE CHARGE. I tried to communicate with them unsucefully, the customer service is zero. I thought the service should be better, considering is a Crowne Plaza, but I was wrong...”

“We stayed in this hotel to attend a function. There is a nice lake very nearby, but the weather was not good, so we didn't go for a walk. We had a very pleasant meal one evening in the hotel restaurant. The hotel is fairly convenient to go to the airport by taxi for an early departure.”

"Lo mejor del hotel es la localización, muy próximo al parque natural. Por lo de más es un hotel que necesitaría una gran reforma, las instalaciones son bastante viejas y el gimnasio en concreto es una vergüenza de lo viejo que está, para tener un gimnasio donde no funcionan las máquinas mejor no tenerlo. Tienen la norma de usar gorro en la piscina pero no te lo prestan, solo lo puedes comprar. El personal correcto sin ser especialmente amable. Posiblemente halla mejores opciones por el precio."
