“Always a treat to stay here! Beautiful view of the lake from huge deck, which sits on top of the boat slip that easily holds a party barge and kayaks/paddleboards. Beautifully appointed cottage inside & out; Marie leaves no possible comfort or convenience out...from the kitchen, to the bath, to the deck! Beautiful landscaping abounds. Frequent updates....bedding, deck floor, appliances, etc. Simply charming! Impossible to be disappointed!”

“My husband and I stayed here with our 2 kids and dog. It was perfect for us! The house was well stocked with anything we needed and the location is great. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping near by and a marina with boat rentals just up the road. Town center is less than a 10 min drive. The host Gretchen was a pleasure to deal with, helpful and quick to respond. We will definitely be going back.”

“The property is tucked away in a quiet spot in the neighborhood and a part of the lake that isn't busy. We were able to enjoy the hot tub and porches multiple times. There was plenty of room for 2. The kitchen had all the necessities, WiFi worked well (T-Mobile not so much), and the host was responsive and gracious. The drive to downtown Hot Springs was very reasonable. “We had a nice stay for 3 nights ..the location is good, the unit was well maintained and clean. We liked the interiors of the unit.. owner was great in communicating the details before check in. Wifi was good but not accessible from the 2nd bedroom. The quality if the mattresses could have been better. There was TV in each room. Kitchen was well staffed with all appliances working fine. “This property delivered everything that we expected. We cooked the majority of our meals on premises and it was made easy by the supplies available to us. We weee comfortable being on the water’s edge with the smaller children due to being on the beginning end of Lake Hamilton. The water wasn’t very deep at all and they could manage with floats and feel safe. We all had a lovely time and would go back to this same property again!”

“I scheduled this visit to attend the Hot Springs Spyder Rally but, I wanted the quiet a house would provide over a hotel. This place is just that. It is conveniently located near everything I needed yet gave me the quiet and privacy I prefer. I was hoping for a better view of the lake from the house but that is the only thing that wasn’t perfect for me.”
