“The Cozy Loft was a very cozy stay, I would recommend this for groups of 2-3 people. The Cozy Loft is about 5-7 min from down town and 10 minutes to the Kentucky Exposition Center. We enjoyed our stay. ”

“Came up for the weekend to enjoy Louisville and the bourbon trail. You are surrounded by events, restaurants and minutes to Whiskey Row. Great communication with the owner and easy check in/out process. Everything was clean and well stocked, would recommend.”

“Great neighborhood and walking distance to so many great restaurants, bars, and stores. We were very comfortable here for five nights and would recommend. Our only complaint is that the WiFi was not very reliable, so if you are working remote you may want to look elsewhere.”

“First of all, this location is excellent! We are 2 retired couples who enjoyed the sitting porch which directly overlooks the river. The apartment is spacious and clean. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen contained everything we needed to make some of our meals. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood along a beautiful greenway, many eateries and the walk bridge over the river. ”

“This was a great place to stay. The bed was pretty comfortable and it looks like the owner listened to prior reviews and have added kitchen supplies, a toaster, and if I recall there was also a microwave. The hand soap in the bathroom and kitchen has obviously been watered down, but they do provide individual shampoo and body wash in the bathroom so we used that instead. There also isn't a way to secure the door besides the little handle lock, it would be great to have an extra bolt lock or...

“This is a great location to get to Germantown restaurants and also all the great activities in downtown area.”

“The property was just as shown. Instructions were easy to follow on how to enter and get to the apartment. If you're a light sleeper be sure to have white noise or something to have on to drown out the outside noise at night. Not sure if it happens a lot but a street party sprang up while we were there. The streets were blocked off with cars and lots of music and fun was being had until 5am. This didn't ruin our trip by any means just want people to be aware. Overall it's a great apartment...

“Property manager provided concise info and it was so easy to get in property, he provided lots of useful details and instructions. Apartment was decorated beautifully and bed was so comfy and neighborhood was quiet! We slept great! I give it 10 stars! Would definitely stay again!”

“Overall enjoyed our short stay. Host communication was great! A very cool building with a good location for everything we wanted to do. It didn't affect our group, but the apartment is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator, which we did not know until the check-in process was communicated. The steps are short & wide, so that was nice”
