“Very nice location, the beds were so comfortable and the entire house helped us all to relax and spend quality time together!”

“Location was great! Property is best for small parties. Our family of 3 with one dog felt tight at times in this little bungalow. Oven did not work, kept tripping the circuit breaker when we tried to use. We were nervous about parking our full sized truck but my husband had no problem. ”

“The house matched the description perfectly. It is a gated community, but easy to access. Very close to Ocean City and to Assateague Island.I would note that the AC is very loud, so if you’re a light sleeper I recommend earplugs.The bedrooms and bathrooms are well-equipped and I appreciated the filtered water in the fridge. Hope to stay there again! ”

“This is the cutest little beach cottage, steps to the beach! The owner is very responsive and super hospitable. We will be staying again! ”

“Awesome stay. Great location. Only thing was queen size mattress was a little rough for our liking, which was a personal preference. Would definitely stay again.”

“The house was nice. Neighbor quiet. It was nice there is a small park across the street for the dog. Had everything I need in the house. It was nice I did not have to bring my own sheets and towels. They were supplied to us. The beach is a short drive up the street, maybe a minute or two and there was plenty of parking. I would stay here again if I go down to ocean city again.”

“The beach is so close and the cottage is wonderful. Love the charm and having everybody on one level. Kitchen had everything we needed. Appreciated having a washer and dryer. Liked that there is an outdoor shower for coming back sandy from the beach. Such a wonderful place to get away with people who are near and dear to enjoy the beach. ”

Improvements that could benefit us and everyone who stays there would be to repair nail pops, paint the air vents with spray and hinges to stop rust continuing. Replace all pots and pans, the ones that were there were missing in already in need of replacement. Either way we would definitely stay there we felt safe clean and comfortable. Thank you owner s”
