Είχε όλα τα απαραίτητα για μια οικογένεια, ηλεκτρική κουζίνα, τοστιέρα, ψυγείο, τηλεόραση και 2 αιρκοντίσιον.Η γύρω περιοχή έχει μόνο ένα μικρό μπακάλικο και κάνα δυο ταβέρνες, όμως η Νεάπολη είναι σε απόσταση περίπου 15 λεπτών και η Ελαφόνησος μόλις 10 λεπτά με το καραβάκι.”
