“This is a gorgeous hotel with incredible views and wonderfully comfortable rooms and sun loungers. However, service is difficult to find- nobody comes to the loungers or to the table at dinner to ask for drinks- and the buffet food was repetitive and had a poor selection. That said, the paid-for food offered at the pool was excellent quality, especially the pizza and gyros. “El hotel en si esta muy bien ; tien bonitas instalaciones, como por ejemplo la piscina y el SPA. la habitación tambien nos gustó. Lo que no nos parecio nada al nivel de un 5 estrellas es la amabilidad de gran parte del personal. Sobre todo el personal de reception y gran parte del personal de restaurante no son nada amable. Es triste para un hotel de esta categoria.”

“A lot of things seemed to have seen better days. The children pool had some slides, but the surface was made of some concrete and started to peel off. The handle when walking of to the slides was broken and someone could easily die if they truly held on to it. The pool area in general needs some refurbishment. ”

“It is a great hotel with comfortable modern suites, very clean. Everything is very generous, it feels safe with parking and security staff. Buffet breakfast and dinner is very good, huge choice and good taste. But can get busy with queueing. It has a good pool and basically its own private beach with lounges and also towel service. Everyone is friendly. There is not much around, so you would need a car, but I believe there is also a public bus as well as a hotel shuttle.”
