“I have stayed in many properties over the years at Stinson Beach, and the location doesn’t get much better than this one. The view from the main bedroom is literally onto the surf breaking 30 yards away. Great little deck (on the beach). “Great property and wonderful guest! We were in Round House three days and we regret not to spend a week, at least...It's a wonderful place to relax, we enjoy the jacuzzi thanks to Joe, who is a excellent guest. He gave us useful information about how to get giant stadium, what to do in Sausalito, and plans to make with children. My family and me, finished our stay but we would like come back in the future. “This is a small cottage behind the main house in my favorite Berkeley neighborhood (walk to the movie theater, bakeries, coffee shops, grocery store). I liked the radiant heating and warm floor in the winter, comfortable bed with great linens, and lots of light yet private. It's no longer new, and some of the furnishing is showing its age, but I found the place very comfortable. Parking in the driveway was great, as parking can be tight in this area. Patty was an excellent host.”

“This cottage has everything you need! The kitchen is well stocked. There are plenty of towels, blankets, etc. The yard is lovely with a deck and hot tub. Communication with the owner was great, and checkin was effortless! There is also It's also in a fantastic location (minutes from the beach and and an easy walk to shopping and places to eat). My friend and I really enjoyed ourselves over the MLK weekend!”

“My stay at Georgina's cottage was incredibly comfortable, beautiful and peaceful! The experience was possibly the best I've had while renting a temporary vacation home. It's a small space but very cozy and has all the essentials. Georgina is also the kindest host, easy to communicate with, and made me feel very well cared for during my stay. Five stars, wish I could give more! ”

“We had to fill a gap before our flight for two nights and this was a lovely spot. beautiful view from the deck, lovely patio, privacy and close to the market and coffee bar. And on the quiet end of the waterfront in Sausalito. Just fit two adults upstairs and one teen on the downstairs pull out. There are lots of stairs up, which was not a problem for us. Charming.”
