“After an initial mix up with the lock box, we entered a beautiful yet simple home which was perfect for our family of four. The kids had a bedroom each, ours was down the other end of the house with an ensuite. The kitchen was well equipped and allowed you to be part of the main house goings-on due to it's location. We really loved staying at Ruru. During the 3 minute walk to the beach, we made friends with some local horses who loved a good scratch on the neck. These became quite a highlight...

“We enjoyed our stay at this lovely family bach in Ngakuta bay. Location was great, right on the water, Ngakuta loop trail, and the link trail. We enjoyed the toys and game room. This is a classic kiwi bach and you need to bring your own sheets and towels. We did not hear back when we inquired about the possibility of renting linens. The property is what we expected from a kiwi back and we really enjoyed our stay. ”
