“Una amiga y yo hemos pasado 4 días en el B&B Da Franco y hemos vuelto encantadas. Se encuentra a pocos minutos en coche/ moto del puerto de Santa Marina y la habitación era muy amplia, limpia, cómoda, con aire acondicionado... y con una terraza con unas vistas increibles de las islas! Adriana, la encargada del establecimiento, estuvo majísima y muy atenta en todo momento, incluso nos llamó preocupada cuando nos pilló una tormenta, nos ayudó con las gestiones para imprimir los billetes de vuelta,...

“This was a very good hotel with a lovely swimming pool and the added bonus of a jacuzzi. Cleanliness was excellent with rooms being serviced daily to a high standard. Breakfast was good and all staff friendly and welcoming. The complimentary shuttle bus to the port was a nice extra.”

“The property is very cute and the breakfast is great each morning! However, there are many parts of the hotel that were under construction, either being built or fixed. The hottub was empty sitting by my room, so unable to use that. There were also no staff in the afternoons or evenings when I was there, so I could not enjoy the bar aspect of the outdoor dining area. Owner was responsive and said he was having trouble with afternoon staff. Location is convenient to central Vulcano and various...

“Hotel is a little dated ( sunchairs could do with a refresh) but overall the service is 5 star and the rooms were comfortable and clean with good walking distance to centre of town - be aware it is uphill though so if you have mobility issues not the best choice ”

“From the moment of arrival we were greeted at the port Adriana and team made us exceptionally welcome. She gave us a very useful talk on places to visit and familiarisation to the island . The B&B was very well maintained and the room serviced every day. Breakfast was very nice with a good selection of local produce. A very good stay we would love to return, Thankyou Adriana.”
