“Everything was good. the person responsible for giving us the beach voucher was rude, unprofessional and argumentative towards me my wife the lady from Csuites refused us a pass ruined the entire stay. I would never stay in the hotel again and next time I'll go to Savoy. They should not have someone with such low intelligence talking to anyone about anything get him a helmet and keep idiots from behind the counter. ”
