“セブ島を楽しむと言うよりシャングリラホテルを堪能しました。スタッフのサービスと対応はとても素晴らしく英語が話せない私も不自由を感じる事は無く楽しく過ごし、朝食のメニューも豊富で美味しく、夕食はホテルのレストランで食べましたが、どれも美味しかったです。ランチもルームサービスを頼みましたが美味しかったです。プールも監視員が沢山いて子供を連れている方にも安心です。 ”

“Muy buen hotel, aunque un poco caro, sobre todo las consumiciones dentro del complejo. Magnifico desayuno y muy buen servicio con mucho personal y buena disponibilidad en cualquier circunstancia. Los baños van requiriendo una actualizacion ya que es un cinco estrellas. Muy buen recinto y buen mantenimiento aunque la playa se queda corta cuando el hotel esta lleno.”

“Great experience with lots of pools. Mostly clean enough but some shower booth & bathrooms were dirty and smells. Enough restaurants in the resort but drinks were quite expensive.”

“Buen hotel con relacion al costo. Las habitaciones son amplias, ordenadas, y completas. Buenos elementos de aseo. La comida es buena. El hotel no tiene playa, aunque la publicación dice que está a primers línea de playa. Hay un muelle, pero no hay lugar de playa. Se debe tomar transporte para la playa más cercana. Tiene una piscina normal. Cuando fuimos, estaban reparando el bar de la piscina, y el hidromasaje. ”

“Overall, the staff were friendly, and the place was clean and well-maintained, especially considering the price. The cleaning was thorough and very well done. It’s still a great place. I visited with my kids because I had fond memories from 10 years ago, but now there are many more tourists than before, which is understandable. Still, considering the price, it’s a good choice for families with kids. The staff at Allegro Restaurant, especially D.paul, were amazing!”

“I really like the area that the hotel is located. It appeared to be more Korean in spire restaurants near there so if you’re looking for that sale of food and opportunities to try while in Lapu-Lapu highly recommend. I did not know when booking that it’s going to be more of apartment style which I really really enjoyed. The showerhead does come with a filter. I would book again. ”
