The unit is within walking distance to restaurants and beach stores, a short drive from the ferry to Ocracoke and a short distance from Avon. We were so impressed we extended our stay. “The Cabana in Hatteras is perfect for a couple or small family to stay close to the beach. We enjoyed our stay and loved the community. Best coffee in the area! The management was super helpful, and answered all our questions quickly. The pool at the club house was very nice and our teens enjoyed too. We loved sitting on the decks especially the top one. If you are looking for a quaint place near the beach this is for you! ”

“We went to Buxton for a quick weekend visit. This was a great spot, conveniently located and they allowed our dogs in this particular room (Hugo). The room has a mini fridge, microwave and drip coffee pot with supplies to brew a pot of coffee. We saw Wanda in the shared room and she was very welcoming and answered all of our questions. A very nice stay!”
