“This was our first time renting on the sound and we chose the perfect house! The house was clean, exactly as described and the location was perfect! We were close to restaurants, shops, and a little playground for the kids. Karen, the host, was quick to respond , she even checked in in on us on our drive down to see our eta and give instructions. “Getting to the property was easy.. even with the shared driveway you knew where to go.. upon arriving the house looks exactly like the pictures. My family and I loved all the deck space. We spent mornings and nights reading out there. The pool area was great. Plenty of space. Better than most pools in OBX. “The house is awesome. This house is worth every penny. We had 4 kids and 4 adults and everyone had there space when they wanted it. The beach is literally a short walk or drive across the street. There is a general store across the street that has mostly anything you would need. The only thing I wish is that we could have stayed longer!! This house is worth it!”
