“The facilities are so-so for an overprized stay. The service at the counter are always nice, but that's all. No one will follow simple instructions as "do not enter my room" and the dinner service is awfull. They can have you sitting there the whole night and not deliver your order.”

“Staff who worked in adjoining their own businesses were beautiful and informative , thank heavens, but that is where it ends No batteries for the TV remote No toilet rolls No tissue box No matching plates, bowls, cups. Not a set of 4 of anything except spoons. Only 1 fork and knife. Power point hanging out the wall in shower recess 1 towel for 4 people Beds rock hard and 1 bed head held together with tape. No dishwasher liquid, no tea towel PowerPoint for stove does not fit power...
