“The facilities are so-so for an overprized stay. The service at the counter are always nice, but that's all. No one will follow simple instructions as "do not enter my room" and the dinner service is awfull. They can have you sitting there the whole night and not deliver your order.”

“The room was very clean, both inside and out. However, the internet connectivity was poor despite being available, and the TV was turned on but not user-friendly. On a positive note, the staff were excellent. Overall, the hotel price felt too high for the level of service provided.”

Not a set of 4 of anything except spoons. Only 1 fork and knife. Power point hanging out the wall in shower recess 1 towel for 4 people Beds rock hard and 1 bed head held together with tape.
