“We had a nice stay with friends at this villa. The villa could do with a bit of an upgrade in areas and also some general repairs made e.g bin was broken and sunbeds were broken / missing arms, cracks, ripped sunbed covers. When we arrived we only had 8 sunbeds and we let the agency know. They very quickly provided 2 more which we were grateful for since there was 10 of us. The bunk bed room is not the most comfortable with thin mattress's (can feel the bars through) and not ideal for kids as...

“The above picture is a complete falsehood. There is an apartment building looming over the pool area. There certainly were not that many umbrellas. We fought very hard to get them to understand the air conditioning was not working on the main floor. Out of the four nights there, we only had AC for one night.”

“The villa is in a great location, short walk to shops/bars/restaurants. Very clean and tidy inside however some furniture looking quite tired and well-used so would expect this to be upgraded soon. Very spacious for our large family. If I would make any suggestions is to have a bar/kitchen or fridge downstairs next to the swimming pool or pool table to make it easy for drinks. ”

“We had a wonderful stay at this great villa which is only a short drive from the airport, but provides a quiet and beautiful location. For mid-to-late October, we were blessed with the weather, which only enhanced the beauty of the place and its surroundings. There are restaurants and amenities that are only a short drive away, so there's plenty still to see and do. Joao was an excellent host and communication with him was excellent. If I can guarantee the weather, I'll certainly be back!”

“We had a great time at this villa for a family birthday. Dermot was super helpful and was very quick to reply and help with any queries we had. Location is a nice 15/20min walk down the marina but with Uber it was only a 5 minute drive. Would recommend spending the additional cost for pool heating. We hired a car because we had a little one but not needed. Villa was very clean and tidy and photos matched reality. Would stay here again. ”

“We had a fantastic time at this excellent property. The property has a large outdoor pool, and is massive inside, with lots of bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas. The teenagers in our group particularly liked having the downstairs area to themselves. The property was c15 minutes from Vilamoura marina and approx 20 mins from the beach.
