“Clean. Within walking distance to the beach. Beach chairs and beach toys a nice touch. Good location. Quiet location. The only thing missing are draperies on all of the windows. The sun shines through the sliding glass doors in the morning and makes it a little warm. Could probably save some money by putting up blinds to keep the sun out and not run the air conditioner constantly. All in all we had a lovely stay at The Bungalow in Captiva . Thank you.”

“Check in process was seamless. House was clean and very nice. Had to communicate with the management company / owner about a minor WiFi issue and they were helpful and walked me through it. They followed up the next day just to double check . Overall was very Satisfied. ”

“I’ve been coming to Captiva for over 10 years, but always as a family trip. This is my first time coming as just a couple, and this house was the perfect size for the two of us! You also can’t beat the location. Very clean property, great communication from the property manager, and loved the jacuzzi!”

“Nice property with great location. Some exterior issues were to be expected as our stay was just weeks after a hurricane. Pool was unusable for the entire stay, but again it was post hurricane. The climate control was broken for half the suite so one side was cool and the other uncomfortably hot. Some other minor deferred maintenance issues. The stairs to get to the penthouse are a lot, so factor that in if mobility is an issue. Overall nice property in a great location. Just needs a...

“We enjoyed staying at the Royal Palm House, Beautiful home well kept. The house is very spacious, the views of the bay were awesome!!. Enjoyed grilling and spending time on the screened-in balcony over looking the bay. We loved waking up and watching the gorgeous sun rise on the bay every morning especially from our balcony off the prime suite. Loved the kitchen it was perfect , a lot of space for cooking meals together. The property and boating dock were awesome for my sons to go fishing off...
