“Clean. Within walking distance to the beach. Beach chairs and beach toys a nice touch. Good location. Quiet location. The only thing missing are draperies on all of the windows. The sun shines through the sliding glass doors in the morning and makes it a little warm. Could probably save some money by putting up blinds to keep the sun out and not run the air conditioner constantly. All in all we had a lovely stay at The Bungalow in Captiva . Thank you.”

“Very spacious cottage. It is kind of dated and the kitchen supplies could be updated (cookware). We did eat out most nights but we did cook breakfast daily. Skillets were worn out There were little flies in the tub shower but the overall cleanliness of the cottage was fairly good. We very much appreciated the beach chairs and mats. The private pool was great too. We took advantage of the dock access when we went fishing with friends. Great location, not far from anything.”

“This is a great location in the island with plenty within walking distance. The villa itself is tired. Air conditioning has a zone issue so the front rooms are 60 degrees and the back bedroom is 80. Very hard to get it comfortable throughout. TV wasn’t connected and many things were broke or barely hanging on. Front bedroom door handle was off, fridge door is falling apart and difficult to close, toaster oven base doesn’t close, and it’s not a Keurig coffee maker - bring your grinds. Also...

“Nice property with great location. Some exterior issues were to be expected as our stay was just weeks after a hurricane. Pool was unusable for the entire stay, but again it was post hurricane. The climate control was broken for half the suite so one side was cool and the other uncomfortably hot. Some other minor deferred maintenance issues. The stairs to get to the penthouse are a lot, so factor that in if mobility is an issue. Overall nice property in a great location. Just needs a...
