“This is a little overdue, however I definitely wanted to post this. So I rolled in here on Friday February 2nd for a skiing weekend at Cape Smokey, and was due to check out Sunday morning February 4th...but after 120 cm of snow over the weekend, I didn't get out until February 6th. “Stayed 2 nights overall a good experience except that the Bar and Restaurant staff were clearly overworked and not enough of them either night Up to an hour wait to order food and/or a drink Food was average at best The staff clearly did their best and were engaged, no sign of management or a plan to support their people when they were overrun with customers ”
