“We loved our visit and were very impressed by the villa. The backyard area was private and not busy, so it felt like our own space. The home was clean upon arrival, and we were very impressed by how cold the bedroom was at night. We would love to stay again the next time we visit Anna Maria Island!”

It goes off not just when it’s opened but for each person that passes through while it’s open. It must be that way as a pool alarm for kids as there is no gate between this unit and the pool. Very loud. Would not have been bearable through our stay if we had not figured out how to turn it off. Would love to stay again. Not the best beach across the street but enough for walking and...

“Beautiful condo. Very clean. Pool was also very clean. View of bay was gorgeous and very close to an excellent restaurant, The Waterfront, which is a must try. Close to lots of shops, general store, ice cream, etc. We also rented a golf cart so never had to drive. Not even to the Publix. Definitely will be back. Hopeful the washer and dryers will be connected by then. That would be the only thing we would have added. Other than that excellent vacation!! ”
