“The house was dirty and run-down, in a bad neighborhood. The only positive was its proximity to downtown Indiana. The beds were generally falling apart, the kitchen was a mess, the oven, refrigerator, etc. The beds, mattresses, and couches stank, the front door was practically falling apart, and the doorknob was falling off. Furthermore, my child was bitten by bedbugs two nights while she slept in the bunk bed. After that, she had to sleep with us for the rest of our stay. I strongly advise...

“We had a wonderful stay at your home. This house was immaculate! Location is not too far from Indiana University for visiting your student or taking in a game. ”

“The bottom lower level was cold and we could not get the temperature up past mid 60’s a weatherstrip is needed as there is a huge gap and there were no blankets in lower level to make-up for the coldness. The shower is only down stairs and makes it hard for upstairs guest to go down for showers need to list on website type of coffee maker so you can bring pods or ground Kleenex live TV is only lower level and needs to be both levels”

“We had a wonderful stay in the fall of 2025. The place is so cute and perfectly advertised. It’s cozy and also within walking distance of campus. The street is noisy, but the host white noise helped. The home is perfectly stocked with linens, towels, coffee and filtered water. We did not need to bring anything. Highly recommend and I know we will be back. ”
