“We were very happy with the property. The manager was always available. They advertized an outdoor shower. Turns out it was a toilet shower sink and washer and dryer. Plenty of linens. Even found some coffee and creamer in the cabinet. Close to beaches. So many resturants. Just lovely!😍 will book again”

“Great place to stay for large group. Check in info was incorrect but quickly solved with a call the the property manager. It is great to have parking and easy walk to duval and beach! Beds were very comfortable. Hot tub is older and set to highest temp and could only get about half the jets to work but really didn’t have time to use it anyway.”

“We had a great 3 night stay in this cute, cozy, super clean and newly renovated property. It was a perfect space for the two of us. The bed was comfy and the shower was awesome. We loved the large deck with a lovely view to the ocean. It was a very short stroll to the beach where we spent most of our time. Restaurants were within easy walking distance. Communication was amazing. We would definitely recommend this property.”

“The apartment was absolutely perfect for our needs. It was supplied with all the basic essentials. The place was clean and the bedding was freshly put on. Kitchen had tons of cutlery, dishes and cookware. The living area was perfect for 4. The beach chairs, blanket and beach towels were a nice added touch. “We have made several trips to Florida during winter months in the past and this was our third stay on Hutchinson Island, second at Atlantis by the Sea. This unit was by far the best kept and appointed. It was extremely clean, comfortable, well maintained, and beautifully appointed. Check in was a breeze and the Owner was extremely accommodating and easy to work and communicate with. We are looking forward to returning to this property in the future.”
