“Jan is a wonderful host. She thinks of everything. Well positioned house. We were looking for an off leash dog beach. Jan was very helpful and gave us excellent suggestions. Walton Rocks Beach is a must if looking for off leash fun with your dogs just 4 miles north. The house is across the street from the public beach. Leashed dogs welcome after 5! Just a perfect fur baby vacay!!! ”

“What a great place to stay. The property is well maintained and the interior is so inviting. There are beach towels available, chairs for the beach, hair dryer, a wagon to cart to the beach. The list does not end here. So close to the beach and other beach options close by. If you are a Pickleball enthusiasm, you can find play 12 minutes away. We had a great stay in Hutchinson Island.”

“House was 100% as-advertised, with all the extras you could wish for. Our family enjoyed all the beach toys (kayaks, sand toys, paddle board, etc) and spent many hours fishing in the lagoon right off the dock. The house was in great condition, very clean, and fully stocked. The surrounding area had plenty to afford, with sea life, air shows, and more. We'd love to rent this location and/or other sister properties in the future again.”
