Nice Place in a Nice Location
Nice house with plenty of sleeping space and games for the kids. It was about 45 minutes from Zion and 15 to 20 minutes from food and shopping. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again if we needed to.

Family Vacation
This property was just what we were looking for. A short drive to Zion, but far enough away to not feel like we were spending the night in a tourist trap. The house provided plenty of amenities and room for my teens to have their own space, yet come together over some great ping pong tournaments.

Home and location were great! Comfortable for my husband and me; but, also great for a large family or group of friends. Game room was great. Deck overlooking the mountain range was fabulous for sunrise and sunsets.

Exactly what you're looking for
We went on our first trip to Zion and this place was perfect! This clean, updated, comfortable, in a great location with everything you need. Its away from the few other nearby properties so you have good privacy. . .and the VIEWS from this house and beautiful! Sunrises on the deck are stunning. The downstairs is its own living quarters so our three teens loved their privacy and so did us adults who stayed upstairs lol. It's an easy 40mins drive to the park. The detached game room was a hit with everyone in our group. This really is a great property and "exactly what you're looking for."

Great home for family with older teens
We really enjoyed the home’s layout and view. The home was comfortable- with two living arenas to spread out and well appointed kitchen. The home was slightly further away to the parks than we expected - however the views made up for the drive. The owners are responsive and offer a large binder full of resources and suggestions. Highly recommend the property and would stay there again!

The property was very nice and had most everything you need while staying in a home. The stunning views never get old and the night skies are amazing. It was also out of the hustle and bustle, but still close enough to the activities. The only downside to this place is the air had to remain at 74. During the day, we were gone, but at night it got a little warm. They had a few fans, but all the sleeping areas could use a portable air conditioner and a fan. That being said, we realized on the last night, we could have opened the windows upstairs because it gets cold at night. There is a fabulous game room in the garage, which is another reason I chose this place. We would have played a lot more out there, but it was really hot. They need more ac and fans to push the air around. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Also, Louesa, the manager, answered all my questions promptly before and during our stay.

Excellent stay
All eight of us totally enjoyed our stay. Everything worked. The recreation offerings in the garage were a huge hit for this group of two 13 year old boys and one 17 year old. Everyone played something there including parents, grandparent and visiting relatives. In addition, the downstairs family room allowed space for everyone to spread out. We cooked most of our meals at home and found everything we needed for this large group. A truly enjoyable time for everyone.

What a view!
The owners have put a lot of thought into providing a comfortable and pleasant place to stay. There are so many aspects of our stay that were wonderful! For instance, looking out the windows throughout the house, especially from the dining table and living room, as the weather changed the landscape was incredibly beautiful. We were able to prepare great meals using the well equipped kitchen while we thoroughly enjoyed the view.

Quiet and Serenity retreat
We absolutely loved this home for our family vacation. We wanted a place that wasn’t tourist overrun to stay and this was perfect. We could quickly drive to the local town for groceries and a quick bite to eat. Or we could quickly drive to beautiful Zion National Park. The living spaces are so comfortable and we loved reading about the stories around pieces of art in the home. We fell in love with the area and will likely be back!
