“The property is a great home base for accessing Watkins Glen and the Seneca Lake wine trail. It was clean and comfortable for our family, and the hot tub was a nice bonus after a day of hiking. Would definitely recommend this place for exploring the area. ”

Overall, it was a good experience and the owners checked in with us when we forgot to message that we arrived. They were super nice and accommodated our special requests! “It was our 4th time at Brian's place on Lamoka Lake, We had a good time, as usual. Lots of small fish from the dock but no big ones this year. The cottage was clean and functional with no problems. And we got good use out of the new grill. Brian was a good host, as he always is. We expect to be back again next year.”

“View of the lake is amazing. However, the main road runs down the hill from the unit, so there will be traffic noise all the time. The unpaved driveway to the unit could be challenging for some vehicles. The unit is well appointed, well stocked kitchen, nice bathrooms and a comfortable bed. The couches were uncomfortable and could be updated. The owners live below the unit. Cindy and Ed were very friendly and even left some tasty local craft beer in celebration of our anniversary! The level of cleanliness was much appreciated and made us even more comfortable.
