“The house had enough bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate our group of twelve- 5 teens and 7 adults. We used the pool table, air hockey game, home theater, and hot tub every day once we were done playing in the water. We also enjoyed the kayaks and fire pit. We took trips to Penn Yan, Geneva, and Watkins Glen during our stay as they are only 20-35 minute drive from the house. The grill came in handy too!”

“Such a great place to stay! Cute, cozy, CLEAN! Easy check in and check out. Great location! We had 6 adults which was perfect! Plenty of room. Hot tub was hot upon arrival. The hot tub is professionally cleaned every Friday and their maintenance guy was very nice and helpful! Home is very well stocked with kitchen utensils,pots,bowls, cups, and pans. We really enjoyed ourselves. We would most definitely go back! ”
