“Good base for getting to all the shops and sites in Brighton. A bit small and cosy but was fine for 5 people. Not enough seating areas for more. Need to be aware you are next to a very busy road so will hear lots of people walking past and traffic noise but fine for a short break.”

“We had a great break as were very lucky to get the really excellent weather mid September. The house was just the job, comfortable furniture, well appointed kitchen. Great location near the sea. House is on quiet estate, not that far to walk down to the shops etc on the Street. Coffee stand 5 minutes away. ”

“We had the complete joy of staying at Cosy, Rustic 17th Century Countryside Barn for 4 days and nights and only wish we could have stayed longer. Everything was delightful. Clean, well equipped, comfortable interior decor and most welcoming. Sally was an amazing help and was extra attentive to our overall comfort. We will definitely return. “It was a delight to hear the wildlife, and nothing else (!), during my stay at The Hideaway. - Quite refreshing. The accommodation has all one needs, but the emphasis has to be towards the “outdoors”, the tranquillity it offers and marvellous views of the countryside.
