“This property is almost on top of Bank St., Beach in Harwichport MA. It was so easy just to walk down to the beach if we wanted. The staff is very very friendly texting us to see if we needed extra towels, etc. Overall, it's a pretty quiet property, the only complaint I have were the pillows. The shams were cushy, but the pillows themselves were flat as a pancake and hard as a rock. A mix of pillows would be nice on the bed. Other than that, I really liked it. My room was very, very clean. Great...

“This is a hard review to write. The “inn” is a renovated motel; ok room but no closet ( just a rod), small bathroom, well tended grounds, lovely pool. Quiet. Breakfast was good, but there was no coffee the first morning, due to a “delivery” issue. Seemed we were the only guests too. We never met a staff person - no need to check in, the room doors was left open and the keys on the table. No housekeeping unless you texted and specifically asked for it. We never actually saw anyone connected to...

“We had a wonderful 1-week stay at Seaside Sanctuary cottage. The unit was very clean, had a well appointed kitchen and very comfortable beds. It was situated in a quiet, safe neighborhood, 1 block away from the beach. A grocery store, coffee shop and gas station were within 1 mile. It was a perfect location to stay at while we explored Cape Cod and we would happily stay there again.”

“My family had a lovely stay here. You can't beat the location - it's a very quick and easy walk to the beach. The house is very well stocked with everything you would need; plenty of paper towels and toilet paper, cooking supplies, beach chairs and beach towels, etc. The owner is very responsive and was quick to answer any questions or rectify any issues. Would recommend to others.”
