“This property is almost on top of Bank St., Beach in Harwichport MA. It was so easy just to walk down to the beach if we wanted. The staff is very very friendly texting us to see if we needed extra towels, etc. Overall, it's a pretty quiet property, the only complaint I have were the pillows. The shams were cushy, but the pillows themselves were flat as a pancake and hard as a rock. A mix of pillows would be nice on the bed. Other than that, I really liked it. “This is a hard review to write. The “inn” is a renovated motel; ok room but no closet ( just a rod), small bathroom, well tended grounds, lovely pool. Quiet. Breakfast was good, but there was no coffee the first morning, due to a “delivery” issue. Seemed we were the only guests too. We never met a staff person - no need to check in, the room doors was left open and the keys on the table. No housekeeping unless you texted and specifically asked for it. We never actually saw anyone connected to...

“We had the best family reunion here. Everything was what we needed and well attended to! Living area, dining room and sunroom are far more spacious than the pictures show. Hosts were great and even let me take a look around the property early. Kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Highly recommend a local fishing charter. We pulled in 25 sea bass and ate fish tacos for days!”

“We had a wonderful 1-week stay at Seaside Sanctuary cottage. The unit was very clean, had a well appointed kitchen and very comfortable beds. It was situated in a quiet, safe neighborhood, 1 block away from the beach. A grocery store, coffee shop and gas station were within 1 mile. It was a perfect location to stay at while we explored Cape Cod and we would happily stay there again.”
