“ The hotel needs a complete refurb. The room allocated to us was of poor quality and standard. There was no wardrobe hanging space for ladies dresses and no drawers for storing other clothes. The plug was missing from the bath and the taps were dripping in the bathroom sink. The positive was that the staff were attentive and helpful and the food (breakfast) was excellent. We would not stay here again.”

“Well to be fair I did not stay there my son stayed there while he was on a training course and he had no complaints so I'm sure if there was anything he would have complained to me. Secondly I had to call the out of hours re leaving at 6.30 and was told to just leave the key in the room. “Amazing place to stay. My friend is a Coeliac and they were so accommodating over food choices even making her a GF veloute sauce especially. And toast for breakfast. The only downside was the aperture to get in the corner shower was incredibly small and I am not a large person. Any average sized man would have great difficulty getting in it. “It was snowing when we arrived. The room was very cold because of no heating. I returned to reception, complained and the heating was connected, After a few hours the room heated up. At 2 am I woke up. The room was very cold and without heating. I called reception for more that 30 minutes but no one answered. In the morning I complained. The hotel answered that there was nothing that could be done. No shampoo in the room. I will not return. Not recommendable.”
