“The house is very big. Tons of bedrooms and bathrooms. Great kitchen. The host and property manager were very responsive and attentive. It was a little warm but we were warned of the cooling situation and we were there on a very hot humid week. I would recommend for a group trip. close to lots to do. ”

“Sunrise Cottage on Lake Galway was what we hoped for, a very comfortable, stress free, fun place to stay while we visited Saratoga Springs. It was close to the city but still very much in the country. The neighbors surrounding us on Lake Galway were pleasant and friendly, as were the local restauranteurs and merchants. Sunrise cottage is definitely on the return to list”

“We always wanted to visit the Baseball Hall of Fame - the cottage is a short ride and very close to Cooperstown so ideal location for us. Scott and his friendly pup Shoog greeted us, and Scott was very helpful and responsive to our questions. The cottage was very clean and comfortable, and the nearby restaurants were terrific. We had a very nice stay and enjoyed beautiful weather and fall colors!”

“From top to tail this property is everything it promises and more. The perfect getaway and the coziest camp to come home to after some gruleing, long, cold days of house hunting. Tony and patti were our first greetongs to the state of new york and cant wait to cone back.”

“The cottage with 2 bedrooms was a cute tiny cottage. I didn't receive an email for the code to enter the cottage. After 2 phone calls, we did communicate with someone. We asked if we could leave the boat parked, and the person said it would be okay. Appreciative of that! Once inside the cottage, we found no toilet paper at all and had to go to the store. After a 4 1/2 hr drive to get there, we had to hit the road again. My family just slept, took showers and watched tv there. We did not use the...

“I hate even saying what a wonderful stay it was because then my secret will be out. The host was accommodating and easy to talk to. The house is in a wondeful location, beautifully decorated with little thoughtful touches throughout. Better than the pictures and you really did feel like you were coming home! “Property is beautiful BUT beware the cabins are much smaller than they appear in the photos. The upstairs with the 2 beds is just a crawl space with beds. Not suitable for young kids or anyone tall lol. The steps leading up to that space is dangerous. Make sure to buy the linen package, i didnt even know it exsisted until we arrived and it was to late to purchase. Beware of the slippery floors as well, my kids took many spills on them. The bunkbeds are also in closet NOT room. ”

“My adult son and I spent the weekend to go paddling in the beautiful Adirondack autumn. Little Spruce was perfectly located, very pleasant with a great kitchen. The beds were super comfortable. We had a very nice stay and would definitely stay there again. Highly recommended ”

“The cottage was very clean with an extremely comfortable bed and well-stocked modern kitchen with quality appliances. Lots of windows which overlooked a beautiful backyard with mature trees made out stay relaxing. Quiet and peaceful setting ”

“We had a great stay in Saratoga! We were there for regatta weekend and the house was both convenient and in a quiet, private area. It was incredibly well appointed, with welcome goodies, tons of coffee and a fenced yard for our pet. Check in was easy and seamless and communication with the property owners was easy as well.
