“The property was located in a peaceful wooded area on the quiet side of Acadia. It was not far to the major attractions in Acadia and Bar Harbor. Comfortable, clean space. There really isn’t a kitchen - no stove or sink, but there is a microwave, coffee pot and you can wash dishes in bathroom sink. There is a fridge. It had everything we needed since we were not cooking - just reheating. Lots of information sent ahead by the owners. We really enjoyed our stay. ”

“Our stay was great! The property is located in a great place for the views. The only negative thing you can say is that if you are only coming to Maine for the biggest attractions, then you have a 15-20 minutes of additional driving. Not a big deal cause the views are great on the drive as well.”

Communication process for check in a little rocky: didn't get electronic documents or check-in info until last minute; onsite housekeeper had changed. Pros: Owner worked hard to clear up communication confusion despite being away on vacation. ”

“This new apartment was the perfect size for the two of us. It was very clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything you’d need. We had a great view looking out the kitchen window and enjoyed watching the deer in the morning and evening in the back yard. We also liked having outdoor access to the basement for our bikes. We had a little difficulty finding the place at first as Huckleberry Lane is a private road and does not show up on the GPS. Our cell service was spotty, so we couldn’t...

“The included breakfast was so good and highly recommended. There was an electrical outlet in the bathroom that didn’t work. Also, not sure if it was us, but we couldn’t get the door to lock. However, for the location, cleanliness. We would stay here again. I might recommend a bigger refrigerator since we did have leftovers and they didn’t always fit in the fridge. ”
