“The property was located in a peaceful wooded area on the quiet side of Acadia. It was not far to the major attractions in Acadia and Bar Harbor. Comfortable, clean space. There really isn’t a kitchen - no stove or sink, but there is a microwave, coffee pot and you can wash dishes in bathroom sink. There is a fridge. It had everything we needed since we were not cooking - just reheating. Lots of information sent ahead by the owners. We really enjoyed our stay. ”

“This is a beautiful house with comfortable bedrooms and a nice open living and dining area for meals and hanging out. It is equipped with everything you need. We visited in winter so did not use the amazing upstairs deck but did get to enjoy the cozy wood stove, which was perfect after our rather rainy hike.We were a group of 8 hiking the Cadillac trail to see the first light of 2025. This location could not have been more convenient with the trail just a 3-minute walk away.”

“My husband and I had a wonderful stay for our first anniversary. Bar Harbor is a beautiful town and this VRBO is located directly in the middle of it all. The location was perfect for walking to food, shops, the pier, and most importantly, the Island Explorer bus stops. Although a little pricey, it was tidy, warm and had everything we needed in the kitchen and extra bedding for snuggling up.”
