“Check in was a struggle. We arrived early and was able to access the beach at the Litchfield beach club. We didn’t receive the 4 pm check in call and our unit didn’t become available until 7pm.The condo was perfect for our 6 person family and its location from the beach was convenient. The beach was quiet and plenty of space. The pool right outside our condo was nice and larger pool was also nice. The condo was well decorated and was as advertised. It accommodated all of our needs. “five stars for sure. It was easy to feel at home from the minute you opened the door. It was relaxed, open floor plan and had all the kitchen stuff you'd want. We are coffee snobs so we brought our own but that's just us. Maybe a list of fav restaurants would be handy, but we loved Frank's so we already knew. The porches were our go-to for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Terrific.”

“This unit is nice but needs few updates. Lamps need new bulbs, patio doors are extremely hard to open to walk out, lamp over the table needs good cleaning. I would also suggest updating your living room picture to show the new couches as that was almost a deal breaker for us. The new couches were a nice surprise. Overall a nice unit.”
