“Very cute property! The older house has so much charm, especially with the antique decor. The sunroom is nice and you have private access to the dining room, bed, and bathroom. There are the usual amenities plus a small breakfast and coffee bar, which was a really nice touch. The room was private and reasonably quiet, though the house is located on a cross street which does stay a little busy. “Very clean, neat and centrally located home in a nice neighborhood close to concert venue, beaches, restaurants etc. We only stayed 1 night for a surprise birthday celebration, but the house with its open floor plan and 4 bedrooms was a perfect fit for us. Sandy was quick to communicate/respond to any question or need we had and even had a welcome card and bottle of wine and a bag of Dunkin Donuts coffee waiting for us when we arrived. ”

“We booked this property because it was pet-friendly and the location. We were a family of three traveling with our dog. We enjoyed our stay on this property. The home was clean and easy to access. The large fenced yard was perfect for the dog. We were able to walk to nearby restaurants and shops downtown. Communications with the owner was great. It was a nice weekend getaway. We would book this location again.”

“We had a wonderful stay. We caught lots of fish and a few scallops. The marinas have a place where you can clean all your fish and scallops. Just bring some ziplock bags for storage. And don’t forget a cooler. We needed a place to park the boat and rinse it every night after coming off the water and we were able to do just that! Can’t wait to book this place again next summer.”
