“I was here during Hurricane Helene. The owners contacted me right away about moving furniture inside (not a problem). The place is clean, cozy and cute. Kitchen fully loaded and I had lots of pots to fill with water (a hurricane was coming!) The beach theme throughout the place matched my vibe perfectly! Although the furniture upholstery needs a good make over, I loved the rattan! No candles or flashlight so I bought a pack of them for myself. Appreciated the big frig and the extra one outside....

“The cottage was perfect for two couples. Both bedrooms had attached bathrooms. Just a few houses down from Duval Street and a few blocks from the beach.”

“Everything was great, but a couple days before our trip they sent a very long list of rules. I understand it's New Orleans, but I feel that information needs to be sent earlier. It did not keep us from having a good time though. ”

Easy drive, or Lyft to most of the sights and the French quarter. House was spacious and had great air-conditioning. House was super clean and the beds were comfortable. We forgot a personal item and the host' went out of their way to ship it to us. You couldn't be in better hands.”

It was exactly as advertised, very clean and spacious, and had all the amenities anyone could need. The hosts were super nice and the location was excellent. There was ample parking space for over 10 vehicles. The detached apartment in the back was a nice feature, as it allowed for remote work without disturbing others. “Stayed a weekend with a large group of family. Overall the home was nice but definitely a little dated. Boards on the back deck area and near the pool would noticeably sink in while standing on them. The pool was OK, definitely aged and not very clean. Lots of empty beer/drink cans around outside of pool. Unfortunately upon check-in the home had not been cleaned. Most beds were dirty and all bathrooms had used towels thrown on the floor. We notified the PM, who sent someone, but this was...

“Loved the location, decor, etc. Definitely is a "rehab to rent" upgrade on the house; they could at least take off the stickers from the windows and appliances. There was an issue with the water heater, but the host replied quickly with a solution. All in all was a very nice stay.”
