“This is an older property but very well maintained. There’s a slight “older wood” smell, not dirty or musty. The location was perfect—we could walk to the beach anytime. The provided wagon, sand toys, chairs, and floaties were so useful, and our unit was right next to the large pool (there are two). “Property as described and pictured. Plenty of beach chairs and nice cart to haul all our stuff to the beach which was a short walk away. Nice view of the sound and of the gulf. Beds were comfortable and unit was clean. Unit also quiet, we didn't hear the neighbors unless we were outside. Owner very responsive to inquiries pre-check-in and checked with us shortly after check-in to see if we needed anything. Will definitely consider staying here again.”

“We had a good time at this property. It was clean and the property manager communicated very well to make sure we didn’t need anything. It was dog friendly. It was a very short walk to a nice beach and had a little market down the street for coffee, breakfast taco’s, sandwiches, etc. This place could sleep a ton of people. I would stay here again.”
