“Wir (7Personen) und zwei Hund haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir hatten unsere Privatsphäre und dennoch jederzeit Kontakt zum Vermieter. Das Haus und das Grundstück ist sehr geräumig und die überdachte Terrasse ist zu jeder Tageszeit der Ort zum Zusammensein. Zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten dauert es ca. 10 Minuten, zum Strand ca. 20 Minuten, wobei der Fußweg steil aber auch interessant ist. “This place is FANTASTIC. Fabio and his family are amazing people. The view is absolutely amazing. You cannot get tired of it. Keep in mind that this place is out there. There is a 2 mile+. poorly maintained road that you need to take to arrive. Once you reach the house it is 57, steep steps to walk down to the house. You will get a workout staying here. “The property is beautiful with unbelievable views of the sea, port and surrounding area. You can wake up early and watch the sun rise over the mountains in Tuscany. The pool is fantastic with amazing views. The property is great for kids, as there is a kids bedroom with lots of toys and books. We had some issues with the air conditioning and plumbing, but the host was incredibly responsive and everything was fixed very quickly.”

“Il posto è molto suggestivo, tranquillo e con vista mozzafiato. La villa è arredata bene e confortevole, dotata anche di piscina a sfioro molto utile. A mio avviso questa villa si presta per una vacanza in pieno relax ma stanziale cioè non si deve pensare di poter visitare tutti i giorni le bellezze dell’Argentario.
