“We were 5 teens and 2 adults. The house was great - so much space, all the bedrooms were a nice size with en-suites, the pool table was very well used, there was so much to do in the house, the kitchen was very well stocked for cooking a few meals, and there was a beautiful view from the terrace. We would definitely stay again.”

“Das Haus ist perfekt für große Gruppen, die gerne gemeinsam kochen und essen aber dennoch eigene Zimmer bzw. Wohnungen haben möchten. Der Garten, Pool und der es Bereich hat uns sehr sehr gut gefallen. Der Ausblick ist wunderschön. In dem Restaurant direkt unterhalb des Hauses kann man lecker essen gehen. ”

He was also helpful when we were have trouble calling our car rental….always willing to help out and answer questions. The home is very clean and has the old Italian rustic charm. “This is an excellent holiday property. You climb up to it via hairpin bends so take your time and just let the locals pass you in thier Fiat Pandas. The house is a few hunded metres out of village and such a tranquil spot. I almost dont want to give a god review to stop this place becoming to booked up for my next visit but that would be selfish. On the first morning when you throw open the french doors and sit and take in the views you will know you made the right choice. The hosts pop along...

“The villa is really lovely. Giacomo our host was extremely kind and helpful. Plenty of room for the 11 of us girls. You have to really have car as getting taxis as we did was a bit of a challenge. There are no supermarkets close by so a car is essential to buy supplies Some of the beds are a little uncomfortable but the rooms are lovely and very spacious Pisa is less than 20 mins and Lucca is very close too. The restaurant Stefani is a must. Thanks Villa Mari for an amazing holiday!”
