“We stayed for 4 nights and really enjoyed our stay here . It was quiet, clean and comfortable. Dennis and Cheryl were so friendly and gave us some fantastic dining recommendations. It was a short drive to the Falls so the location was fantastic. The owners even got me a mini cherry cheesecake for my birthday which was super yummy . If we would come back to this area someday, I would 100% stay here again . ”

“Not the greatest of neighborhoods. Police we taking one of the neighbors into custody when we arrived. Then the neighbors behind the property were outside partying until way after 1 am. We didn't experience any issues other than that. The house was very clean and served our purpose. ”

“1) Checked in and apartment seemed damp and musty. Turned thermostat down from 74 to 71 and that helped. 2) Bathroom door is a thin plastic material that folds. Didn't provide much privacy sound wise. 3) Bathroom vent let out into the kitchen which is not good for odors or moisture. If these 3 things were fixed, I would give it a better rating.”

“We were in town for a concert at Darien Lake. This place was only about 10 mins away. About 45 mins from Niagara Falls. Home was pretty nice. I love “tiny homes” and there was plenty of space. There is a loft as well if someone has kids. We walked to a local restaurant that had an amazing breakfast. Would love to stay here again.”
