“The motel is nice, clean and the staff is very nice. The location is not so great since it is across the street from a truck stop. You are about 100 yards from the river but can't see it due to the truck stop. The motel is a good stop off place if you are driving.”

“The property is an older, rustic place with a lot of charm. Most importantly it was very clean and everyone was friendly, happy and helpful. It’s within walking distance of town and the area is beautiful. We would definitely stay there again. ”

“Interesting experience. There is no on-site staff, but the building is in excellent (restored) condition. You let yourself in with the door code and then you’re on your own. The on-site restaurant is not operating, so we drove a couple miles for dinner. We made breakfast from what was on site. Thankfully there was no noise from the railroad outside. We’ll be back.”

“I had a very good stay. I came with one thing on my mind and that was to see the Washington State Stonehenge I was very happy knowing that the Motel was just Four minutes away from the Stonehenge memorial to World War 1 Veterans.”

“The owner/manager of Columbia Gorge Inn went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and feel at home. He even let use his washing machine and dryer to wash our dirty hiking clothes. Highly recommend!”

“It’s an older property but a good value. Our room was clean and the beds comfortable. It did the job for staying in town for a wedding. It’s awesome to wake up in Cascade Locks. Such a beautiful area.”

“I truly enjoyed my stay in this beautiful setting. My only complaint is, when booking a room thru a 3rd party one doesn't know of all the add-on charges they will get charged. I was charged an additional 70 for parking, ground maintenance, and other general stuff. What a surprise.”

There is a winery within walking distance that we didnt have time to visit but looked fun. Very thoughtful touches in the Studio and amazing communication with our host! We will hopefully be back!”
