Poor communication
1. Coordination between VRBO & Vacasa lacking 2. Day of check-in, with no emails re: check in, contacted Vacasa - they unable to send emails to me, bounced back. Finally sent email with check-in info to traveling companion. However, door code not included on email. Stayed on the line until Vacasa rep found and verbally gave us the door code.
3. While waiting for rep, I tried the number on VRBO support, and it failed to connect.
4. Info about the resort not up to date re: access to ammenities.
5. No email provided regarding check out procedure.
6. Vacation is for relaxing and enjoying 3 days with family, not stressing and spending time trying to get access to the property reservation.
