“All is good with this property except for the check-in process. We came in after dark and it was a big mistake. Hopefully the property mgmt updates the procedure so the instructions are inline with the signs and the direction of security officers. It was a nightmare but we got in. After that, everything was smooth and the place is nice to stay in. We enjoyed our time and would come back to stay. We love KC and nice to have a clean place to crash!”

“ We loved the place and would stay there again. As other people have stated, the people upstairs are loud but it's mostly just the sound of walking around and occasionally dropping things. There are earplugs on the nightstand if you need them. Note about the location. We arrived at night and could not figure out how to get to the back of the apartment. The drive is a one way circle around TWO apartments. There is no access between them. You must go past the apartment ON...

“Over all a fine place to stay, it’s clean and felt safe. The beds were 9 out of 10 for hardness. The couch was the most uncomfortable couch ever made. Trust I tried all the couch made. The kitchen had all the kitchen things one would need to cook, The view and location is cool. If the owner up grades the beds and couch place would be perfect. ”

“We came to Kansas City to spend Thanksgiving with my husband‘s brother and his wife. We love the Plaza and the location was great. Having Pizza 51 just down the street and the Whole Foods market was also very convenient. We attended a Chiefs game on Friday and had many memorable and delicious meals. We were able to walk to the Capital Grille, Gram & Dun. Took an Uber to Union Station and ate at Pierpont’s. Walked to TaHa Mexican restaurant, which was excellent! “We had a great experience staying here! Good location right next to the river market. The rail makes getting around convenient and easy. Apartment is clean and as advertised. The Italian restaurant across the street Anthony’s is a hidden gem. The owners and bar tenders gave us plenty of recommendations and the food and drinks were great. I would def recommend, but if you have kids those stairs would scare me a bit lol. Great time! Great host!”
