“We'll be open to returning one day. Very considerate owners ensuring our stay was the best it could be. Lacked nothing for a simple life atmosphere. Bed was super comfy. The shower floor was very therapeutic.”

“Very clean, nicely accomodated from furnishings, kitchen, tv, bathroom bedrooms. Comfortable, peaceful, bird watch from patio. Saw several varieties of birds. Even saw a King Fisher get a fish, a couple of eagles, an otter having clam breakfast, and a couple racoons foraging and eating crabs and clams. First time ever seeing raccoons gorging on non human provided food. ”

“Marty and Juanita are the sweetest hosts. The Cottage is absolutely spotless and has everything you need to cook, clean, do laundry, and feel like you’re coming home. If there’s something you need that you don’t find, a quick text and Juanita will be right over as they live next door on the property. Don’t let that deter you, because the cottage still has a very private feeling. Going in May was a great choice since there’s tulips and other spring blooms, though I heard a bit later in the summer...

“We only stayed 2 nights. Would have liked to stay longer. The cottage is clean and comfortable amidst beautiful trees and flowers. Nice view of the water. It would be ideal for a single traveler or couple to stay longer and read a book or just enjoy the peacefulness of the place. Downtown Langley and the Clinton ferry are nearby. The Chocolate Flower Farm is across the street and worth a visit if you like chocolate, fresh eggs and animals. We are at several good restaurants nearby: The Prima...

“We loved this quaint cabin. It was perfect for our family. The cabin is super secluded and very very peaceful. The beach was such a short, nice walk away and the area seemed very safe. The area was very quite, but the few local residents that we ran into were extremely kind and friendly.”

“We loved everything about our stay. The cottage was perfect for two, had all the amenities we were after, and the location was ideal if you’re looking for peace and quiet with an astounding view. Our stay was 7 days and we’d planned excursions to Seattle, Victoria, whale watching, etc but we ended up staying local enjoying the hiking trails, small town lunches, and walking out our door and just a few minutes to the beach. Communication with host was excellent! Highly recommend.”

“We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Kitchen supplies are a little spartan but still handy. There is a full-size stove, microwave, Coffee machine, toaster, 3-4 small to medium skillets, a saucepan, strainer, cutting boards, one mixing and one serving bowl, basic cooking utensils, and dishes/cutlery for two. (My list of supplies might not be comprehensive). There is also a Brita water pitcher but I think it has not been used in a while because there was mildew growing on the bottom...

“The apartment was clean, and more spacious than we thought it would be, but also cozy! Our dog enjoyed walking around the neighborhood, and seeing some bunnies, deers, and even llamas, in two different farms nearby! Our stay was very relaxing, and the hosts were kind and responsive. Highly recommend!”

“This house was in the perfect location for us. Easy to walk or drive to many food/drink options, many trails/parks/beaches within 30-45min drives. Yes it’s next to a brewery, but we were there on a holiday weekend and barely heard any noise from it (and they had great cider). House had everything we needed to relax between adventures and it was easy to come and go as needed. ”

“Nicely equipped, older cottage in a very private area with a fantastic beach location. We had it all to ourselves. It is down a narrow private road. The cottage had everything we needed. Saw lots of wildlife in and out of the water. Host was very nice and accommodating. I would stay here again. ”
