“Myself and my teenager family liked the stay. The girls had the upstairs, the boys had it downstairs. It is compact and fits four just fine. Not sure if it could fit four adults. The beach is very close, you can bike there. We used the chairs and the umbralla provided by the host. There was coffee, snacks, oranges upon arrival. I could also charge my electric car with an extension cord.”

“We had an amazing time staying at this property! 7 nights of pure bliss. The home is beautiful, extremely roomy, the amenities were spot on in this home, easy check in and check out process and when I needed them I would text Susan and Mitch and they would respond so quickly and so easy to communicate with and absolutely flexible. “Salty pearl in the perfect location to shopping and beach. Quiet, clean and private. Mande and Bruce were helpful and personable. I would most definitely stay here again. ”

“This property was adorable and very accommodating. It was perfect for my fiancé and I but is able to host more than two people. Very private and the grocery store is in walking distance! We had no issues getting to the public beaches and local restaurants. The host communicated with us effortlessly. This place is worth the stay! Just book it! If we come back to ft Walton I know where we will be staying. 😊”

“We ended up getting to check in early which was amazing since we drove over 10 hours through the night. The place was super cute, clean, and a close walk to the beach. There were 4 of us, the layout of the house was perfect & we loved sitting outside on the screened in patio. We would 100% stay here again. Side Note: bring extra toilet paper & seasonings if you plan on cooking. Also, there is a tram (golf cart) that is available to drive you down to the beach access (certain days/times).”

“When I arrived, the master bathroom tub had roach poop (quite a bit) all around the drain. I am going to assume that since this is the off season, no one has stayed in this unit in a while. I would suggest having someone check the unit when it has not been rented in a while before new people come. I did have to run and step on 3 roaches. Maybe it needs to be sprayed more? The back porch sliding door was very, very hard to open and close. This was my second time coming this summer. I would...

“We liked the location of this property. It was a nice property in good condition. We did not like that there was no directions on where to turn things on (i.e. lights, fans, dimmers, outside pool lights, and the pool deck and firepit area were not cleared of fallen leaves.”
