“Delightful. We were surprised to be a bit cool overnight and we could not find extra blankets but other than that everything was perfect. A wonderful place to stay. Thank you. One suggestion would be to include a really detailed map of Flinders Island on the wall to help plan treks to out of the way places. ”

“House is beautifully setup with everything provided in the kitchen, bathroom, laundry etc. There are no close neighbours or road noise, merely the many native birds providing a soundtrack. Bed is comfortable, garden is pretty and the trees surrounding the house are an excellent wind break (wind is, as expected, a constant companion on the island). The hosts leave fresh flowers in all rooms. The property is a short distance from Whitemark with wonderful views of the Strezlecki range. Importantly...

“Good location , private . Property very tired . Holes rotted through floor , window frames rusted through . told to fill wood box on departure , which we did ,it was empty on arrival . Surfaces greasy . We cleaned it better on departure . ”
