“A well equipped room with an excellent bed, large TV, fridge and good shower. The room was tastefully decorated and of a decent size. I really appreciated the welcome gifts of biscuits, water and milk too. Breakfast was excellent and a very generous portion. Staff were friendly and very accommodating. I would also recommend the evening meals and good selection of ales - both of which were high quality. ”

“We stayed for 1 night. Staff and hotel were excellent, the kids bed was a bit small and uncomfortable for a 10 year old but the overalll stay was great and food was lovely in the restaurant. “The rooms at the Howfield were exactly as described in the photos. very comfortable bed, good hot shower with good flow and very clean. the housekeeping staff were polite, cheerful and helpful. communication and check in was completed efficiently via text messages with quick responses ( we asked for an early check in and the room was ready for us ) I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again ”
