“This property is older but adequately maintained and perfect for our family St. Louis visit. Great location and very affordable apartment in St. Louis. Attentive and accommodating host made our stay just right. We travel with our canine kids and Robert was very gracious in our request. We had challenges with the AC and our host was out to the unit within hours with HVAC support and had the place cooled down quickly. We did anticipate a fenced back yard but it was non-functional fencing. ”

“The property was great. We aware that the walls don't run to the ceiling in the bed rooms so there is a bit more noise between the rooms. Also the street noise at night is a lot! There were cars racing down the street throughout the night that were very loud. But the property was clean, comfortable and well-equipped.”

“Great place to stay in St. Louis! Host Pam, was very communicative! Checked in with us before our arrival and provided help quickly! St. Louis was experiencing extreme heat while we were there and our group had a person using the pull out sofa bed where the air didn't circulate as well. Asked for a stand fan and it was brought very quickly. Would highly recommend and stay here again!!”

“ It is on a quite street with parking out front, and a great very large park nearby. Public transportation including light rail is with in .5 miles. Walgreens very close. Lots of great restaurants in area. Much less expensive than Union station where my event was being held. Very well decorated and has all the amenities one needs. Structurally the building/floor could use some work but the build is very old and the owners are getting it done.”

“We had a great time at the Loft. It was big enough for our family of 4 adults and two children. It's very close to a lot of attractions, and food.We were especially pleased that they had a pack-n-play and highchair for our 10-month old. The unit has everything you need to cook your own meals. It was a comfortable place for our family.”
