Our 3 families (kids and grandkids) had plenty of room to spread out at night, yet lots of great common space for the whole group to gather. The location was perfect for us, very convenient to downtown as well as RMNP.The house was exceptionally clean and was very comfortable and inviting. The bathrooms and kitchen were well stocked and the beverage refrigerator was a huge bonus for kids juice...
