“Very quiet and private for where it’s located. You could walk to Dollywood or ride a bike if you wanted to. Easy access to Pigeon Forge and everything there. Positives: comfortable furniture, fast internet, plenty of room, kitchen appliances and utensils are well stocked. Also a nugget ice maker.”

“We stayed for a long weekend to bring our 4 little kids to Dollywood, and we had the best time! The location was perfect, the house was very clean, and the kids loved the games! My husband even made the comment, “You did good finding this house.” It was close enough to anything you needed to get to, while giving the feel of being farther out. It just felt so cozy! With an uneasy feeling staying anywhere other than home, I was surprised to feel comfortable with the level of cleanliness. (That's saying something, for sure!) “We had 4 adults stay for 2 nights to visit UTK for a football game. This was a great place to stay. The house was adoreable, clean, and very convenient to the university. The biggest stand out was the home owner, Kathy. She is incredibly friendly and helpful. She gave us great recommendations and helped us out with a few requests. I highly recommend staying here. ”
