“My husband and I stayed at Station 451 to celebrate our 15th anniversary and had the most amazing time reconnecting with each other and with nature. The place was immaculately clean, adorably decorated and very cozy and romantic. We loved the outdoor shower, the waterfall, the covered porch living space to drink coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evenings. Brooke thought of everything we would need to make our trip special. We truly enjoyed every moment at the caboose!”

“Close to Harrah’s. Neat and clean house. Needs more kitchen supplies (pots & pans, utensils , potholders). One of the chairs on side porch has an arm that’s not connected to chair, with screws/nails exposed. I reported to property management our last stay, but it had not been fixed. “Oh we fell in love with the Cabin immediately, the location is great, and the drive to the cabin just GORGEOUS with Scottish Highland cows and beautiful Lucy green rolling fields to look at with a pristine little mountain creek along the way. The mimosa tree by the house was in FULL bloom, along with the Hibiscus, hosta and day lily blooms creating a gorgeous backdrop for the cabin! “A very lovely cabin with a wonderful host. She walked us around to show us how everything worked. The beds were very comfortable. And shopping is about 2 minutes away. Everything was convenient in the cabin and it was very relaxing. ”

It is close enough to Asheville and other sites to get to in an hour, but in a quiet residential neighborhood so we could enjoy some peace and quiet. “Understanding I was staying at the barn to get away and focus on work, the area was beautiful. I enjoyed looking out of the large sliding glass doors to the stream and meadow beyond. Neighbors were a bit noisy but most people would not be working and staying at the barn all the time. The hosts were VERY responsive. Nice place and very convenient to the lake and beautiful mountains!”
