“DOOR KEYPAD ISSUES! Front lobby door to the street would sometimes simply just be open so anyone could come in? When we exited or entered, we'd wait for the door to lock (sometimes it correctly locked instantly). Our room keypad didn't work and after the first night it didn't work at all. “We stayed in Apartment 2 instead of the first floor. Our only complaint was the street noise. Traveled to NOLA to watch the Browns play the Saints at Superdome. Easy walk to Superdome. Blocks away from Bourbon St. Lloyd was very responsive when needed. There were tvs in each bedroom. Apartment was clean plenty bath towels for us. “This house was great for our girls trip. The location was perfect. We were literally 4-5 minutes from everything we did so at one point we were able to walk back to the house. There was an issue with one TV which I did report. The Property Manager was very nice and reached out day of trip. Any questions or concerns were answered. Check in was very easy and hassle free.
