“DOOR KEYPAD ISSUES! Front lobby door to the street would sometimes simply just be open so anyone could come in? When we exited or entered, we'd wait for the door to lock (sometimes it correctly locked instantly). Our room keypad didn't work and after the first night it didn't work at all. But after a lengthy call and waiting - maintenance arrived quick - but had to replace the entire keypad. The new keypad still had some quirkiness unlike typical keypads (sometimes it would take a few minutes...

“Located in a great spot right on canal couple min walk to the French quarter. Super clean and pretty quiet parking is kinda pricey since you have to pay for a garage somewhere but would definitely book again ”
